Day 8/ Family and FHE at the Temple

So we had dinner with Mikes dad and wife at Sams Town. I used to go there all the time after dances. It was fun. They totally redid the buffet, it was good.

Mike and Will having a good time.

Guess we now know where Will's sillyness comes from.

We kept trying!

The whole crew.

Then we went to the Temple to meet our friends the Barnums for FHE. We walked around the grounds and had some fun.

They wanted to roll down the hill!

I thought is was funny how peacefull and still their boys were compared to Will. Then Madi got up on this wall and fell and hurt herself. She is fine but her foot still hurts a little.

My Turn on Earth

I emailed Carol Lynn Pearson back on Novembe 9th this is what I wrote:
Our family recently bought the DVD My Turn on Earth. I thought it would be a good video for my daughter, who loves music and acting and who was planning on being baptized soon. We watched it together as a family one night. The next morning my 6 year old son was up early and was watching the video again. When he returned home from school he played it again. This evening I was taking my mother to the airport (she came into town for my daughters baptism.) My husband called to let me know how things were at home and informed me that he was watching the dvd again. He is just thrilled to watch it again and again.

We have also read some of your parables and enjoy them as well. Thank you!

Today she wrote back to me:

Thanks much for this, Tiffany. So glad your family is enjoying the DVD. And please tell them all I hope they all have a Terrific Turn on Earth!
Love,
Carol Lynn

The Back Seat

This photo is of Mike and the kids on the way home from San Diego. We drove from Vegas to the San Diego Zoo. The next days we went to Sea World, then Legoland, then the beach. We drove home from the Beach! Wow, was I fried! Not as bad as I usually get but ouch, the sand the sun. Not a really fun drive home. But It was a great 4 days that I will not forget. Madison got her hair tied at Legoland. She had it in her hair for a few weeks but then really wanted it out.
Will had a blast. I don't think I ever saw him happier. He loved everything but Legoland and the beach were his favorite. I wish I had pictures at the beach. I left my camara in the car. Oh well, guess we have to go back!
